The law firm Consiliaris, s.r.o. based in Bratislava, which consists of a team of young lawyers, is one of the agencies operating on the Slovak market for the provision of legal services. However, its scope of activity covers not only the entire territory of the Slovak Republic, but even several Member States of the European Union. Although it is a young firm, which was created by unifying the advocatory practices of its associates, the lawyers working in the company are characterized by several years of experience in many areas of the law.

The remuneration for legal services is subject to agreement between the client and the advocate. When determining the amount of remuneration for the service, we consider the difficulty and circumstances of each legal matter. The amount of remuneration as well as the form of payment shall be agreed with the client prior to the provision of legal services. One of the primary objectives of the lawyers working within our firm is, with regard to the individuality of each client, to provide effective legal services at a high level of quality and at a reasonable price. In accordance with applicable and effective legislation, the contractual or tariff fee is subject to agreement.

share fee, i.e. remuneration determined by the share of the value of the case
tariff fee agreed differently than the basic amount of the tariff fee.
The above methods of determining the contractual fee may be combined.
In accordance with applicable and effective legislation governing the remuneration and compensation of advocates for providing legal services, the basic amount of the tariff fee shall be determined by the tariff value of the case or the kind of case, or the rights and the number of acts of legal services that the advocate has carried out in the particular case, unless the regulation provides otherwise.
